Civil society monitoring of administrative reform in the Western Balkans enters its third round with KDZ as Austrian partner. WeBER 3.0 (Western Balkan Enablers for Reforming Public Administrations) builds on two successful monitoring cycles (2015-2021) and aims to advance citizen-centred administrative reforms and thus contribute to increased transparency, integrity and accountability of governments in the Western Balkans. WeBER 3.0 started on 1 February 2023 and is implemented under the auspices of the European Policy Centre - CEP Belgrade. The project is funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation and the European Union.
