Philip Parzer is new Head of the CAF-Centre

Philip Parzer will take over the Lead of the CAF Centre on March 1, 2022 from Thomas Prorok, Managing Director of KDZ Centre of Public Administration Research.

Nominated by the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport, the CAF Centre acts as a national and international hub and think-tank for quality management with the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) for the public sector.

 Through his extensive experience in management consulting, implementing organisational transformation and public administration reform on the national and international level, Philip Parzer will contribute his knowledge to the further development of the CAF and the positioning of the CAF as a lead tool for quality management, change management and good governance in the public sector.
